I am following doctors orders. I felt much better yesterday and it took everything I could do to keep from jumping up and running somewhere. But I didn't.

Wow. Are you running toward something or away from something? That does not sound like healthy behavior to me. However, I'm not a paragon of mental health. Mind my glass house as you pass.
